Bartholomew Richards is an accomplished guitarist, singer and songwriter. He is versed in nylon string guitars, acoustic steel string, twelve string and electric guitars.
Bartholomew performs a wide variety of music genres such as timeless oldies, classical, spirituals, flamenco, classic rock, folk, Love songs, Christmas, personal compositions and more.
He is a solo performing artist and has also performed in many duets and full band accompaniment.

Bartholomew, through the years, has also attended numerous master classes and also attended Salt Lake Community College.
Bartholomew has been performing and playing guitar for over thirty years. He combines many advanced guitar playing techniques with an impressive finger picking style. With added hints of the spicy flavor of Flamenco, along with warm soft Rock folksy influence, he creates an array of deep artistic tonality within a beautifully rich contemporary sound.
He is also versed in flat picking, steel string and electric techniques.
Through the years Bartholomew has performed at many venues such as resort concerts, nightclubs, fine dining, weddings, receptions, festivals, parties, pubs and other private events.
In 2008 Bartholomew released his first solo album of nine original nylon string guitar compositions. All songs have a heartfelt passion and contemporary feel which flows with every note. He also released his solo Christmas album in 2010 and since then has completed a number of other professional recordings.
Bartholomew is currently working on more up to date professional original and cover recordings with renowned producers, talented collaborators and recording technicians.
Bartholomew is both an accomplished vocal coach and guitar instructor teaching intermediate and advanced courses of study.
Bartholomew has taught in both private one on one and public classroom settings. He has also given a number of guest master classes and was the guitar instructor for some time at the Marv Jensen recreation center.
Bartholomew is also an accomplished artist in other mediums such as writing, poetry, oil painting, piano, bass guitar, drums, latin percussion, recorder and Native American flute.
